Sunrise at Salt Fork State Park in Ohio, Christmas Eve morning 2009
It was about 27 degrees and quiet except for the ducks, which cued me that there was a lake just over the ridge. We’d come in at midnight and set up camp under the Milky Way which didn’t give us much opportunity to see what was around us until the sky lightened.
